Ingredients:

ZoRaw Protein Dark Chocolate bar |
1 1/2 cup |
Almond Flour |
1/2 cup |
Unsalted Butter (melted) |
1/2 cup |
Unsweetened coconut flakes |
1 cup |
chopped nuts (walnuts and/or pecans) |
Keto Condensed Milk:
2 cups | Heavy whipping cream |
2/3 cups | powdered sweetener of choice (e.g. Erythritol) |
3 Tbsp | butter |
1/2 Tsp | Vanilla Extract |
Directions:
1) Make Keto Condensed Milk:
- Combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sweetener in saucepan and bring up to a boil.
- Lower temperature to simmer.
- Whisk every few minutes until mixture has reduced by 1/3.
- Once reduced, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract.
2) Make Magic Bars:
- Combine almond flour and melted butter in bowl until combined (mixture should be crumbly but still sticking together when pressed.
- Butter 9x13 inch pan and press almond flour mixture into bottom.
- Spread keto condensed milk evenly on top of the almond mixture.
- Add coconut, chopped up nuts and ZoRaw bar evenly on top. Press ingredients down with a spatula
- Bake for at 350 F for 25 mins or until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
