Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe

If you’re on the keto diet, you may be in desperate need for keto-friendly dessert and treat recipes! ZoRaw chocolate bars are of course great for people on the keto diet, but sometimes you’re just in the mood for something a little lighter. Keto chocolate mousse, anyone?

Who said that keto-friendly chocolate mousse couldn’t be delicious and easy? Try this amazing low-carb (only 2g of net carbs!) chocolate mousse for your next event or just as a personal treat while you’re on a keto diet!

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Wait Time: 60 minutes

Total Time: 1h 15 minutes

Ingredients:

100 g

ZoRaw Dark Chocolate bar

  30 g

2 Tbsp

400 mL

Salted Butter

Cocoa Powder

Whipping Cream

Serving Size: 8

 Directions:

  1. Melt the ZoRaw Dark Chocolate Bar and butter. We recommend doing this in a water bath to avoid burning the chocolate. You only need a little bit of heat. Alternatively, you can use a microwave: start with 2 x 30 section intervals and proceed as needed (microwave strength varies!).
  2. Whip together cream and cocoa powder.
  3. Add in the melted ZoRaw Chocolate and butter mix.
  4. Whip mixture until soft peaks are formed, then pour into bowls or glasses.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and serve cold.
